Romain is passionate about education, technology, and branding. With an engineering degree earned in France, he started his career as an entrepreneur co-founding an e-learning company in Brazil acquired by Wiley in 2014. Romain moved from Rio de Janeiro to Minneapolis in 2018 to join the Wiley Brand team and support our Partner community.
Fun Fact: He loves to travel with friends and family, listen to vinyl records, and run around the beautiful lakes in Minnesota.
Jidana James
Director, Consumer Insights

Jidana started with Wiley (nee Inscape) 13 years ago as a Marketing Associate to write copy and coordinate trade shows. But her role quickly evolved to what is now known as Consumer Insights (CI): developing the beta testing process, working with Product Development, and obsessing about our customers and their needs. Today, Jidana and CI work with every team in our Wiley division, which makes her that much closer to reaching her goal of world domination.
Fun Fact: Jidana is an avid reader of historical fiction and a military history buff. She’s also remodeling her kitchen and would love to tell you about her new oven.
Katie Fuhrmann
Sr. Director, Brand Assessments

Katie has extensive experience in consumer and shopper marketing communications with a track record of successful campaigns for some of America’s most iconic brands and retailers. She began her career with eight years at General Mills, where she built brands such as Cheerios and Nature Valley while supporting retailers like Walmart and Kroger. Katie spent three years as the owner and primary consultant at The Fuhrm Marketing Solutions, an integrated marketing communications and shopper marketing consultancy serving the consumer packaged goods industry.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, Katie loves spending time with her husband and two kids, running outside, and keeping up with the latest TED Talks on human behavior.
Becky Halat
Project Manager, Consumer Insights

Becky has been working at Wiley on the Consumer Insights team since 2015. In that time, she has enjoyed getting to know our Partners and their clients while hearing about their experiences with our products-in-development. Before coming to Wiley, she spent her days in academia, teaching French to college students, translating health and demographic surveys, and working in a digital library.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Adam and her dog JB. When Minnesota isn’t buried in several feet of snow, you’re likely to find her outside working in the garden.
Mark Scullard, Ph.D.
Sr. Director, Product Innovation

Mark has worked at Wiley for 15 years and is involved in all aspects of its product development. He has played an especially large role in the research and validation of Everything DiSC® and PXT Select™ assessments. He earned a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in Counseling Psychology and has written extensively on topics such as leadership, personality, and interpersonal relationships.
Fun Fact: Mark worked for a full year as the worst line-dancing waiter at Texas Roadhouse.
Cherryl D'Souza
VP, Brand Management

Cherryl has a consistent record of success in spearheading digital marketing initiatives, including building digital media businesses, influencer networks, and the building of a global content studio. A native of India, Cherryl came to the United States to further her education and launched her career at General Mills. During her 15 years there, she led business management and product development for brands like Pillsbury, Fruit by the Foot, and Box Tops for Education.
Fun Fact: In her free time, Cherryl enjoys cooking and entertaining, hitting the gym, and spending time with her husband and children.
Tricia Weinhold
Sr. Brand Manager, The Five Behaviors®

Tricia has extensive experience in integrated marketing, brand, and communications strategy with an emphasis in digital marketing. Most notably, Tricia served as the marketing lead for HALO®, a beloved juvenile brand, where she was responsible for all integrated marketing initiatives. Her passion and commitment for developing meaningful, authentic brands and entrepreneurial mindset allow her to act with speed and precision to ultimately deliver results.
Fun Fact: Outside of her work at Wiley, Tricia loves spending time with her husband and two girls, traveling, and pursuing her passion for photography.
Allison Beltramini

Allison brings her upbeat facilitation style to Wiley in-person and online certifications. She came to Wiley after a successful 20-year teaching career in higher education. Allison has been an online educator for over 15 years where she found ways to develop courses online that no one ever thought could be put online such as public speaking, small group communication, and leadership studies.
Fun Fact: Allison used to play roller derby but currently enjoys the less dangerous adventures of Pilates, spending time with family and friends, and finding new restaurants to try and roads to travel.
Andy Widen
Trainer, Education

Andy joined Wiley in 2013 and continues to enjoy facilitating Certification and JumpStart programs for our Authorized Partners and their clients. He is consistently inspired and energized by the knowledge and dedication within our Partner network. Prior to Wiley, Andy taught Social Sciences at the 10th grade level. His transition from educator to facilitator instilled an ever-growing passion for improving workplace culture.
Fun Fact: When he’s not delivering workshops, Andy chauffeurs his kids to endless recreational activities and finds any excuse possible to get outdoors—even in a “Polar Vortex.”
