Mark has worked at Wiley for 15 years, involved in all aspects of its product development. He has played an especially large role in the research and validation of Everything DiSC® and PXT Select™ assessments. He earned a PhD from the University of Minnesota in Counseling Psychology and has written extensively on topics such as leadership, personality, and interpersonal relationships.
Fun Fact: Mark worked for a full year as the worst line-dancing waiter at Texas Roadhouse.

Jidana started with Wiley (nee Inscape) 13 years ago as a Marketing Associate to write copy and coordinate trade shows. But her role quickly evolved to what is now known as Consumer Insights (CI): developing the beta testing process, working with Product Development, and obsessing about our customers and their needs. Today, Jidana and CI work with every team in our Wiley division, which makes her that much closer to reaching her goal of world domination.
Fun Fact: Jidana is an avid reader of historical fiction and a military history buff. She’s also remodeling her kitchen and would love to tell you about her new oven.

Katie has extensive experience in consumer and shopper marketing communications with a track record of successful campaigns for some of America’s most iconic brands and retailers. She began her career with eight years at General Mills, where she built brands such as Cheerios and Nature Valley while supporting retailers like Walmart and Kroger. Katie spent three years as the owner and primary consultant at The Fuhrm Marketing Solutions, an integrated marketing communications and shopper marketing consultancy serving the consumer packaged goods industry.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, Katie loves spending time with her husband and two kids, running outside, and keeping up with the latest TED Talks on human behavior.

Beth’s experience in the Wiley family began when she joined the Partner Care team in 2014, where she gained a wealth of product and platform knowledge and got to know the Authorized Partners. She has been working on the Consumer Insights team since 2015 where she has been able to take part in beta testing some of the newer products in the Wiley family. Beth has a passion for qualitative research and thoroughly enjoys connecting with Authorized Partners and learning more about the consumer experience. Beth has previously worked in the mental health field and has her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Fun Fact: When she’s not on the phone with users of Wiley products, you can find her chasing after her two very busy toddlers, walking her dog, or out-fishing her husband.

Cara joined Wiley as a writer on the Product Development team in 2017. Since that time, she has loved working with her colleagues to build many of Wiley’s exciting new offerings across all our brands. Prior to that she worked in financial services. "This is much more fun."
Fun Fact: Cara is a romance novelist and avid Dungeons and Dragons player.
